What affects the presence of insects at home?

The presence of insects depends mainly on weather and climate. Some of them are more adaptive and have a constant presence throughout the year, while others may be inactive during the winter months.
Many insects are also attracted or fed by litter and rotten organic materials as well as a large amount of plants.
You should also always avoid having plastic wrappers, tarpaulins, tires, plant saucers, children’s toys and clogged gutters on your garden or balcony.
Lastly, if you have birds in cages, be sure to change their water at least twice a week and – of course – you must do the same with your pet’s outdoor cups.
